From the West (Great Barrington):
North on Route 7 to Route 9 East. Follow 9 East toWindsor. At Windsor, get on Route 8A North. Follow 8 A North until you get to route 116. Turn right onto 116 East. Follow 116 East until you see signs for 8 A again. Turn left onto 8A north. Follow this almost to Route 2. (If you cross the bridge and the Deerfield River you've gone too far.) Berkshire East is on the right just before you get to the bridge and the river.
From the West (North Adams):
Route 2 East (16 Miles) to Charlemont. Right onto 8A, over bridge (Deerfield River) to Berkshire East

Route 7 North to Route 20 East. Take Route 20 about 35 minutes to the Russell State Police Barracks. Turn right and follow the signs.
From the East:
I - 91 north to Springfield. Take Rte. 20 west through Westfield center. Go 8 miles to the Russel State Police barracks. Turn left and follow the signs.
From Connecticut:
Take Rte. 10-202 north to the center of Westfield, MA. Turn left on to route 20 West. Go 8 miles to the Russell State Police Barracks. Turn left and follow the signs.

From Pittsfield:
located on Dan Fox Drive about half a mile past the Super Stop & Shop, off Route 7 south of the Pittsfield town center.
From Great Barrington:
Take Rte. 7 North until sign to Pittsfield Airport. Make a left on Dan Fox Drive and follow to Bousquet.
From Springfield:
Take I-90 west to Exit 2 (Lee). Follow Route 7 North for approximately 9 miles to sign for Pittsfield Airport. Make a left onto Dan Fox Drive and follow to Bousquet (less than 1 mile).

I-90 east to exit b3; take Route 102 east to Route 41 in West Stockbridge, MA; take route 41 south to Route 23; take Route 23 east.
From Hartford (51 miles) About 1 hour
Route 44 west to Canaan, CT; north on Route 7 to Route 23; take Route 23 east through the town of Great Barrington, 3 miles to the ski area entrance on the right side of the road.
From Springfield (52 miles) Less than 1 hour
Take I-90 west to exit 2 in Lee, MA; take Route 102 west into Stockbridge. At the Red Lion Inn make a left turn onto Route 7 south; take Route 7 south toward Great Barrington at the third traffic light make a left turn onto Route 23 East; take Route 23 about 1 mile to the entrance sign of Ski Butternut.
When you get off the MA pike you are about 15 minutes from the ski area.
Note: There are a few back road options that offer scenic drives but are difficult to follow. If you like an adventure and want to avoid the pike, check you map then follow route 20 to route 23 or consider route 57 to 23. Not the best options when it's snowing.

From Great Barrington: Take Route 23 West through South Egremont. The area is about four miles west of South Egremont on the left.
From the East: (Boston) Take Route 90 West (Mass Pike) to the Lee Exit (#2). Take 7 South through Stockbridge to Great Barrington. Follow directions from Gt. Barrington.
From the South (Hartford, Ct.): Take 44 West to Canaan, CT. Take a right onto Rt. 7 North to Sheffield. Right before you get to Sheffield look for Berkshire School Road on the left. The Road is right before a white church on the left. Take Berkshire School Road until it "T" s with Rte. 41. Take a right and go north on Rte. 41 to the "T". At the "T" turn left onto Route 23 West. Take 23 for about 4 miles. Area is on the left.
From the North (Pittsfield): Take Route 7 South through Stockbridge to Great Barrington. Follow directions from Gt. Barrington.
From the West (New York State and New York City): Take the Taconic Parkway north to the Hillsdale exit. (Route 23). Take a right off the exit ramp and follow 23 east for about 10 miles. Ski area is on the right.
Eaglebrook School
From the East
Choice #1:
Take Route 2 West via Concord off of Route 95 (Route 128), and continue on Route 2 West to Greenfield (approximately 95 miles). At Greenfield, merge onto Interstate 91 South; and after 1 1/2 miles, take Exit 26. Then follow the directions below From the West.
Choice #2:
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate 90) to the West Springfield and Interstate 91 Exit. Take Interstate 91 North to Exit 24 for Deerfield and Conway. Take a right at the end of the off ramp, and go approximately five miles North on Route 5 & 10. Shortly past Savage's Market, take your second right onto Pine Nook Road. There is a sign for Eaglebrook School. Proceed through the underpass and up the hill to Eaglebrook School – 1/2 mile on the right.
From the West
Take Route 2 East to Greenfield. About 1/2 mile after you go under Interstate 91 (this is a rotary, bear right), you will come to a set of traffic lights with a Dunkin' Donuts Shop on your right. Turn right at the lights onto River Street, and continue on this road until you reach a set of traffic lights. Turn right onto Route 5 & 10 and continue South for approximately 3 1/2 miles. Turn left onto Pine Nook Road. There is a sign for Eaglebrook School. Proceed through the underpass and up the hill to Eaglebrook School – 1/2 mile on the right.
From the North
Take Interstate 91 South and proceed to Exit 26 for Greenfield Center and Route 2 West. Then, follow the directions above From the West.
From the South
Take Interstate 91 North and proceed to Massachusetts Exit #24. Then, follow the directions above in From the East/Choice #2.

From Great Barrington: North on US7 onto MA 102, take 1-90E to exit 10 to I-290E, take exit 19-20, I-190 to Rte 140, exit 5. Left on MA140N, turn left on Mile Hill Road, which becomes Mountain Road.
From Worcester (20 minutes)
Take Rt. 290 East to exit 19 (which is 190 North).
Take Exit 5 off of 190 North, which will put you onto 140 North. Follow 140 North for 12 miles and you'll see our sign on the left. From Boston(1 Hour) Take Rt. 2 West to Exit 25 for Westminster/Princeton. Take Rt. 140 South to access road.

Take Rt. 84 East to the Mass Pike East to Exit 10 Auburn to Rt. 290 East to Rt. 190 North to Exit 5. Rt. 140 North, nine miles to access road.
