To all parents and racers,

I am very excited to be stepping into my new role as the Race Program Supervisor and Head Coach. I thought I would share with you some of the plans already in place for next season.

As of this writing I have the head coaches in place. Jiminy will be actively looking for experienced coaches to fill any vacant positions over the next few weeks, both through word of mouth as well as an ad on the Tri-State web site. We will continue to make enhancements over the summer. More information will follow in the fall.

As for myself, I will not be coaching one group specifically. I will be taking the opportunity to work with all of the groups throughout the season. I can say that for the first few weeks I will be working closely with the interclub and J5 coaches to lay out a solid foundation for a training plan for the season.

I am excited about this new opportunity and am looking forward to meeting all of the racers and parents next season.
